2 large sliced zucchini
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Put zucchini in plastic bag , add oil, twist and close bag and shake until zucchini is covered in oil. Put crumbs and cheese in another bag, add the coated zucchini, shake until coated. Arrange zucchini into greased pan in single layer. Bake in hot oven until crisp, about 6-8 min.
