1 lb. of asparagus, trimmed
1 T. of butter, melted
tsp. of salt
Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a grill to 400.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the asparagus on the baking sheet, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with the salt.
With tongs, transfer the asparagus to the grill, laying the spears horizontally across the grate, and grill until tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
Place the asparagus on a serving plate and drizzle the lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with the lemon zest just before serving.
