1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of black pepper
2 bone-in pork chops
2 T. of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Mix the salt and pepper in a small bowl and use to season both sides of the pork chops.
Heat 2 T. of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear until you see a golden brown crust, 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn and sear on the other side for 2 minutes.
Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness. Check and make sure it’s done.
Enjoy with your favorite sides.
