Pepperoncinis
Cream cheese
Dry hard salami (the ones that are about 3 inches in diameter, not the really big slices)
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly soften cream cheese.
Cut off the tops of the pepperoncinis, remove the seeds out and slice them down the middle, but not all the way through. Drain them a bit so there isnít juice everywhere.
Fill the pepperoncinis with cream cheese by putting about a teaspoon of it on a butter knife.
Fold the salami in half and place the stuffed pepperoncini in the middle.
Wrap the salami around the pepperoncini and skewer it with a toothpick.
