2 cans RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 pkg (32 oz) Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 pkg ground Mild Sausage (16 oz) You can use a hotter sausage if you want it to be spicier.

Directions:

Fry sausage and drain grease. In a crock pot add cubed velveeta, undrained rotel, and sausage.
Cook on low stirring occasionally. Once cheese is melted it is ready.

The crazy thing is I can't even remember the last time we made this it has to be close to 10 years ago.
