¼ cup sweet chili sauce
2 T low sodium soy sauce
1 T grated fresh ginger
1 tsp sriracha
4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Combine everything except fish in a bowl. Place the fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon or brush the glaze on salmon. Bake until glaze has begun to lightly caramelize and the salmon flakes with gentle pressure, about 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish).
