1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup quick rolled oats
1 cup flour
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups uncooked rhubarb,cut into small pieces
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients. Divide mixture in half and press into bottom of a 9 inch square pan. reserve remainder for topping. Add rhubarb. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. Add vanilla. Pour rhubarb. Pour over rhubarb. Top with crumb mixture. bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
