Crust:

1 1/4 lb Oreo cookies
2 sticks butter, melted

Remove the cream centers from the Oreos. Crush cookies and combine with melted butter. Press into 2 pie plates. Bake 8 minutes at 350º.

Filling:

small jar of chunky peanut butter
8 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 qt or 2 pints of vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix filling ingredients and divide evenly between 2 pie shells. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, top with hot fudge and additional Cool Whip.
