8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. pecans, toasted & chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 jar strawberry preserves (or pepper jelly or raspberry chipotle sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together, form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or until well-chilled.
Unwrap and pour preserves/jelly/sauce over the top. Serve with crackers.

Makes a pretty good sized ball. I have divided this into 2 logs or smaller balls.
