Black and White Bean Chili Recipe

1 can Great Northern Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can chicken broth
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chili's
1 cup chopped onions
2 cans White Shoepeg Corn (9 oz cans)
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup flour
2 jalapenos sliced and diced
3 Grilled chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces

Caramelize the onions and add garlic. Stir in flour and cumin, stir in milk.
Add everything else while stirring.
Cook to a boil while stirring constantly
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.
Add chicken breasts.

1 1/3 cup has 310 calories
