1½ c. sifted confectioner sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract
2½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter.
Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.
Stir together flour, cream of tartar,and baking soda. Add to egg mixture.

Chill 2-3 hours.
Roll and cut out.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 7-8 minutes
