4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 C vegetable oil
1 t. crushed rosemary
1/2 t. dry mustard
2 t. soy sauce
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C red wine

remove from heat
add vinegar and wine
let marinade overnight
