1-2 bunches of leaf lettuce
4-5 slices of bacon
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and separate lettuce leaves. Place on paper towels to dry. Cook bacon. Remove bacon from pan and leave grease. Remove pan from heat and add vinegar and sugar. Amounts of vinegar and sugar can be adjusted to amount of bacon grease and to taste. Return pan to heat and cook until it boils and sugar is dissolved. Remove pan from heat again. Place lettuce in a heat resistant bowl and pour dressing over lettuce and coat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
