2 cans (9 ounces each) bean dip or 1 can of refried beans mixed with 2-3 Tbsp. hot sauce until it stirs easily.

3 medium ripe avocados, peeled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope taco seasoning

Toppings:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced ripe black olives
4 green onions with tops, sliced
1 large tomato, chopped and seeded

Directions:
Spread bean dip on a 12-in. serving plate. In a small bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper; spread over bean dip.

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; spread over the avocado layer.

Sprinkle with cheese, olives, onions and tomato toppings.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Yummy! I like to serve this at Halloween with "spooky" dippers and sometimes I leave the toppings off and simply put the bean dip on the plate with the guacamole on top and then pipe the sour cream mixture in a circular pattern with lines drawn on top for a spider web look. Fun!
