1 1/2 pounds hamburger
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons minced onions
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
dash of pepper

Sauce:
2 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
6 teaspoons minced onion
1 1/2 cups water
3 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Hamburgers: Mix the above ingredients together well. Make into patties or balls. Brown in a little fat,
then cook slowly and add sauce.

Sauce: Mix together well. Add to cooked meat. Let simmer for awhile, (approximately 30 minutes). Serve on buns on mashed potatoes. (The sauce is good gravy).

Note: This can be made into meatballs instead of patties.
