1 pound ground beef
2 cups small torn white bread
1 package onion soup mix
1 egg. beaten
1 Tablespoon parsley flakes

Sauce:
1 cup Catsup
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup grape jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake 45 minutes at 350*. Makes great appetizer.


Sauce: Mix the catsup, lemon juice and grape jelly, set aside.
