1 Whole Chicken OR 3-4 Chicken Breasts (boiled, deboned, & cut into bite size pieces)
1 Package of Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Thawed) OR 2 Cans of Mixed Vegetables (Drained)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
2 c Chicken Broth
1 Stick Butter (Melted)
1 c Buttermilk
1 c Self-Rising Flour
1 c Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat over to 375. Layer chicken in bottom of large casserole dish. Pour vegetables over chicken. Mix soups & chicken broth together. Pour over layers. Then, mix together melted butter, buttermilk, flour, and cheese. Drop by spoonful over top for crust. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake 40-50 mins.
