1 - 15oz. can organic pumpkin (do not use pumpkin pie filling)
¾ tsp. organic ground cinnamon
½ tsp. organic ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. organic ground ginger
¼ tsp. organic ground cloves
½ tsp. sea salt
1 - 14 oz. can organic sweetened condensed milk
2 organic, free range eggs
1 - 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º.

Combine pumpkin and spices in large mixing bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Gently mix by hand just until throughly mixed.

Pour filling into crust lined 9 inch deep pie dish.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool pie thoroughly on wire rack before serving.

This is the pumpkin pie recipe I have used since Thanksgiving 2001. My favorite brand of organic pumpkin is Farmers Market. My favorite brand of organic spices is Simply Organic and my favorite brand of organic sweetened condense milk is Greenwise, which his exclusive to Publix.
