2 ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro - optional
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion - optional
1 Tomato - seeded and chopped - optional
1 teaspoon finely chopped seeded jalapeņo - optional

Directions:

Combine onion, lime juice, jalapeņo, tomato and salt in a medium bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Add avocados; mash to desired consistency. Stir in cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
