3 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

TOPPING:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons cinnamon
6 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Combine the melted butter, beaten egg, milk, and vanilla and add all at once to dry ingredients.
Mix well. Combine topping ingredients in small bowl.
Put 1/2 of cake batter in bottom of greased 9X13 cake pan
Next crumble 1/2 of topping over this and then pour the rest of the cake batter carefully over this.
Crumble the remaining topping over this and put in a 350º oven for 35 minutes.
