1 large package plain oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crush oreos and combine with 1 stick melted butter and pat into 9X13 pan. Freeze for an hour
Spread the ice cream over the cookie crust and return to freezer
In saucepan over low heat melt 1 stick butter with the chocolate chips
Add the powdered sugar and mix well and then gradually add in the milk and turn heat up to medium. Continue stirring and cooking, it needs to boil for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir occasionally until it is cooled. Spread on ice cream and freeze.

Hailey, Jake, Kara, Luke, Carson, Kasey, Colton, Ella, Emma all LOVE this! Well not sure about Luke yet but if he is Stacy and Eric's kid then he will love ice cream no matter how it is served.
I think this is every grandkids (and maybe a couple of their parents also) favorite dessert.
