1 lb cooked rosa maria (PR80) pasta
2 Cans crushed pineapple drained (reserve juice)
3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
2 eggs beaten
1.5 C pineapple juice (add to reserved juice from crushed pineapple for 1.5 total cups)
10 oz cool whip thawed
2 cans mandarin oranges
large jar of maraschino cherries cut in halves

Directions:

cook for 10 mins and drain well Rosa Maria

Add pineapple juice, sugar, flour and eggs in microwave until thick, stir
Pour mixture over cooked pasta, stir i
add pineapple, mandarin oranges and cherries - do not stir until ready to serve
add cool whip, stir well and serve
