3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
Work above together

1 egg
5 T. cold water
1 T. vinegar
Beat together and pour into flour mixture. Mix with fork until flour is all mixed. Makes 4 crusts or 2 crust pies

This can be divided into 4 equal parts, wrapped in plastic wrap placed in plastic bag and frozen.

Take out several hours before rolling out.
