1 can of peas
fresh green beans
baby potatoes
baby carrots
blend
butter
cheddar (grated)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of salted water boil green beans and carrots. when these start to soften add your cut up potatoes. Boil until all vegetables are fully cooked. Remove from heat and drain off enough water to come ½ way up the vegetables. Set pot back on warm burner, still off, and stir in the peas, butter and cheese until all melted. Then add the blend to your liking. Season with salt & pepper.

This tastes best if made a day in advance and kept in the fridge. Just take care not to boil it when reheating.
