Pistachio Cake Recipe

1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 pint sour cream
1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp sugar

Blend cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and sour cream together. Fold in 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix.

Mix in separate bowl; nuts cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.

Grease and flour angel food or Bundt cake pan, IN pan place half nut mixture, half batter, followed by remaining nut mixture and remaining batter.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 325 oven for 45 minutes. Increase heat to 350 and bake 5 - 10 minutes longer.

Cool cake before removing from pan.
