1 bundle of Kale
1 C Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Can of Organic Coconut Milk
6- 8 T of cut up Scoby
2-3 T of Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Trim Kale of center stalk. If using a Ninja or Omega you can put in all but the stalk that is below the leaves. Combine all in juicer making sure not to fill juicer more than 2/3 full. If you juiced several batches mix them together in a pitcher and pour into individual serving glasses and jars with lids.

Wiill keep in fridge 48 hours. Will keep in Freezer longer.

Auna came up with the idea of adding scoby to smoothies. It really makes them thick and fluffy; like a milkshake.
