1 ½ LB Hamburg
1 ½ LB Ground Pork
2 med onions - chopped fine
1 med potato - peeled & chopped fine
1 apple - peeled & chopped fine
1 C water
1 tsp sugar
Add below to taste:
short TBS salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Mix ground pork & hamburg with water in large sauce pan. Start on medium heat till hot. While meat is heating chop onions, potatoes & apple and add to mixture. Mix frequently breaking up any large chunks. Add spices & cook about 1 hour uncovered stirring occasionally till water is gone. Let meat cool and add cold meat mixture to uncooked pie crust.Bake until crust is golden brown.
