1 lean beef roast (3-4 lb)
1 beef bullion cube
3-4 whole peppercorns
1 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
˝ c. soy sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic pwd.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove and discard all visiable fat. Place in slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, boullion, and spices. Add enough water to almost cover roast. Cover and cook on low heat 10-12 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from broth. Shred meats with fork. Serve on hard rolls or French bread slices with broth.
