1 Gallon strong coffee brewed (I use Starbucks extra bold Sumatra) Let cool
1 cup sugar
1 cup Hershey syrup
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cold coffee with the sugar and syrup
Take 1 quart out and put in freezer and keep the rest in a punch bowl in the refrigerator

When ready to serve put the ice cream in the punch bowl with the cold coffee mixture
Add the frozen quart piece
Stir gently until ice cream semi melts

Serve plain or with whip cream and chocolate topping

Had this first at Stacy's bridal shower when Amy's Mom brought it. Stacy didn't even drink coffee much at that time. Now she likes her coffee and loves this punch!
