Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese Softenend
3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese)
1/4 C. Sour Cream
1 Lb. Crabmeat, drained (I buy lump crab meat canned and then drain it well)
1 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon. I usually mix everything together adding the crab meat last so that the lumps aren't broken up too much in the mixing. Put into a low profile baking dish and top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle on more Old Bay Seasoning. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

Serve with cracker, baguettes, tortillas.

Note: I've made this with adding mayonnaise instead of sour cream and it's just as good. If you have fresh lemons, squeeze some juice in it before baking, also. And if you like cilantro, a 1/4 tsp. chopped adds some zest and color.
