2/3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
1/3 c. beer
1 egg
2 t. salad oil
1 3lb. chicken cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder. In separate bowl mix rest of ingredients and slowly add dry ingredients mixing well.
Coat chicken pieces with batter.
Fry chicken in 1/2 inch of salad oil in frying pan at about 370 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
