1 pound butter unsalted and softened
28 ounces powdered sugar, sifted
4 ounces evaporated milk or cream (about a 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons vanilla extrace

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
gradually add cream or milk
whip it for 3 more minutes
Add vanilla and whip 30 seconds

You can adjust the consistency by adding a little more powdered sugar if too runny or adding a little more cream if to stiff
