1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

4 egg yolks
2 cups half and half
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee
Whip cream for garnish

Combine dry crust ingredients with the melted butter and press into pie plate.
Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes and put in fridge to cool

Place chocolate chips in glass mixing bowl and set aside
Combine cornstarch, egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan
whisk the half and half and the coffee into this (for stronger coffee flavor you can add a little espresso powder)
Cook over medium low heat whisking constantly until thickened like pudding.
Pour this thru a fine mesh strainer on top of the chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
Pour into crust and put plastic wrap on top so skin does not form

Serve with whip cream on top
