5-6 Large potatoes
1 8 oz Sour cream
1 bunch green onions - chopped fine
2 sticks butter
1-1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 can Chicken Stock
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes very good, place in boiler and slow boil for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool, melt butter and mix with the sour cream and green onions. Slice potatoes thin and layer in a casserole dish, pouring the mixture between the layers with the cheese. Reserve some cheese for the top. Pour the chicken stock over the casserole - you might not need the whole can. Bake 30 minutes in a Preheated oven @ 350º.
