Oil for deep frying

2 C flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 egg 1 C milk
3 skinless, boneless, chicken breast, cut into ½" strips
Franks Red Hot

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375º.

1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl.

2. Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, and then roll in the four
blend. Repeat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

3. Fry chicken into hot oil in batches. Cook until the exterior is nicely browned and the juices run clear, 5 to 6 minutes.

4. Serve a side of Frank's Red Hot on the side for dipping.
