2 large potatoes, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 can (15 0z) peas, drained
1 large onion, sliced
2 ribs of celery, sliced
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In slow cooker, layer the first six ingredients in the order they or listed.

2. In a small bowl, combine soup and water, add to slow cooker.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
