1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Cocoa
5 tbsp. Flour
2 c. Milk
3 Egg yolks, beaten
tsp. Vanilla
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and flour and set aside. Add a little of the cold milk to the egg yolks and blend. Add egg mixture to the sugar mixture. Heat the rest of the milk until hot, then add the mixture and cook until thick stirring constantly. Add vanilla and pour into a baked crust. Cool and top with whipped topping. Keep refrigerated.

Mom's chocolate pie was my favorite that she would make at holidays. It was even extra special when she would make it at a random time. It never lasted long.
