3/4 oz. Coconut rum
3/4oz. Midori Melon liqueur
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Whipped Cream
Garnish: PIneapple Wedge/Whipped Cream

PREPARATION
1. In a shaker with ice, combine coconut rum, melon liqueur, pineapple, and whipped cream. Shake vigorously.
2. Strain mix over ice into serving glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and whipped cream.
