2 15oz. Cans Tomatoes (Petite Diced Style) non-seasoned.
C. Diced yellow (Spanish) Onion.
1 C. Roasted, peeled and chopped Green Chile Peppers. (Medium-hot or to taste).
⅓ C. Chopped Fresh Cilantro.
3 Good Pinches of Garlic Powder (not Garlic Salt).
3 Good Pinches of Salt then to taste.

1. Combine Tomatoes, Green Chile, Onion, Garlic and Salt in a Medium sized mixing bowl.

2. With a 'Potato Masher' or stiff 'whip', mash to blend these ingredients to combine flavors.

3. Cover and Refrigerate for about 1 hour.

4. After chilled, mix well, salt to taste, add Cilantro.

15 Minutes-Chill for 1 hour.

1. Small amounts of minced Fresh Jalapeno may be added to increase the heat.

2. A stiff medal 'Whip' can be used en lieu of 'Potato Masher' if one is unavailable.

3. Salsa can be used on top of Tacos, Tostadas also or anywhere Ketchup is normally used.

4. Freezes well.

5. Refrigerated shelf life approximately 6 days.
