1 ½ lb. of hamburger meat
½ c. of cooked rice
1 tsp. of salt
½ tsp. of pepper
1 tsp. of chili powder
1 T. of chopped onion
1 can of tomato soup
1 c. of water
1 bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook rice and wash thoroughly.
Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and onion.
Heat soup and water in a casserole dish as the oven preheats.
Form meat mixture into balls and drop into casserole dish.
Add bell pepper to the soup and water.
Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
