Split chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick of butter
3 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. of Velveeta, cubed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Extra butter for broth
8 oz. pkg. of angel hair spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water and a little bit of butter until done.
Pull chicken out and let cool.
Add spaghetti to hot broth and cook until done.
Sauteé onion and bell pepper in 1 stick of butter
Shred cooled chicken.
Mix chicken, soups, spaghetti, cheese, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Put in a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish.
Bake at 300º for 30 minutes.

*you can use leftover rotel cheese dip instead of using the onion and bell pepper
