Pork Tenderloin with Orange Sauce Recipe

2 - 2 lb tenderloins
2 Tbsp butter
¾ cup chopped onion
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
3 oranges
3 Tbsp sugar
½ cup cooking wine
1 bay leaf
1½ tsp arrowroot
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
4 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute tenderloin in butter until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Cook onion, salt and pepper in butter until onion is tender. Return meat to pan. Pour cooking wine and juice from 2 oranges over meat. Add sugar, bay leaf, and parsley. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes until the meat is tender.
Peel remaining oranges and section. Cut peel in very thin strips; boil in a small amount of water until tender. remove meat from pan. Mix arrowroot with a tablespoon of water and add to broth, stirring until thickened and sooth. Cut tenderloin in thick slices, place on platter of cooked rice. Pour sauce over meat. garnish with orange slices and cooked peel.
