3-4 pounds spareribs
2 onions
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcester sauce
tsp red pepper flake
1 tsp paprika
tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
cup catsup
cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Select meaty spareribs and cut into pieces, allowing 2 per portion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a roaster and cover with sliced onions. Combine remaining ingredients for the barbecue sauce and pour over spareribs. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hours. Baste occasionally, turning the spareribs once or twice. Remove the cover for the last 20 minutes to brown the ribs.
