cup mashed potato
cup flour
tsp salt
4 egg yolks beaten
cup condensed milk
cup potato water (or water)
4 egg whites beaten stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks well and add mashed potatoes, flour and salt. Combine well with milk and water. Fold beaten egg whites. Fry on ungreased griddle.
