Cake:
4 egg yolks
1 ½ decalitre sugar (¾ cup)
5 TBSP whole milk or cream
½ dl melted butter (¼ cup)
2 ½ dl flour (1 ¼ cup)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
2 ½ dl sugar (1 ¼ cup)
100 gm sliced almonds
2 cups whipped cream
1 pint vanilla cream (2 cups) or 1 box vanilla pudding (serving of 4)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar together. Add milk, melted butter, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix together. Line a 10X15 inch pan with parchment paper and grease. Pour cake batter in. Beat egg
whites and sugar until stiff peaks are formed. Top cake with meringue
and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 400 º F. for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut in half.
Filling
Fold vanilla pudding and whipped cream:Put half of cake on plate.
Put on pudding mixture. Top with the last half of the cake.
