1 egg, beaten slightly
1 cup icing sugar
½ cup walnuts, crushed
½ cup graham wafer crumbs
1 ounce chocolate
2 TBSP butter
1 cup coloured mini marshmallows
Coconut, fine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg, icing sugar, walnuts and graham wafer crumbs. Melt chocolate and butter together and add to the egg mixture. Mix and stir in mini marshmallows. Roll into a long log. Add more crumbs to mixture if too sticky. Roll in coconut and waxed paper. Refrigerate. Slice and serve.
