1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
2 cups flour
2 sticks butter

3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups light brown sugar
3 T melted butter
⅛ tsp salt
3 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
For crust, beat cream cheese with butter. Add flour and mix well. Place rounded teaspoons of dough in mini muffin pan cups. Press around sides and bottom.
For filling, mix all ingredients together and fill each well with 1 tablespoon filling. Bake 20 minutes.
