1 cup boiling water
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Cream Filling
2 packages vanilla instant pudding mix, (3.5 oz.)
2 cups cream
1 cup milk
chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
FILLING: Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, cream and milk. Cover and refrigerate to set.

1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
Pour boiling water over butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until butter melts. Add flour all at once and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
2. Remove from heat immediately and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each one. Then beat until smooth.
3. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 F and bake for 30 minutes.

4. When cream puffs are cool, fill and frost with chocolate icing.
