8 cups rhubarb
4 eggs
3 cups sugar (can be reduced to 2 cups)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb into 1 inch pieces. Put into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon and pour over rhubarb. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350º F. for 45 to­ 50 minutes. It may boil over so put a cookie sheet under while baking.
Can be frozen unbaked for 6 months.
