1 Turkey washed and insides removed
1/2 stick of butter
salt/pepper to taste
1 32 ounce box chicken broth
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon McCormick chicken grill mate seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
prep the turkey the night before
dry turkey
carefully make pocket between turkey and skin leaving room to put in 1/2 in chunks of butter between skin and turkey through out turkey mainly over breast meat
coat outside of turkey with McCormick chicken grill mate seasoning and Italian seasoning
leave turkey in fridge over night covered
preheat oven to 350º
let turkey sit on counter for 30 minutes to come to more room temperature
add 32 ounce chicken broth to turkey pan before putting in oven
keep large side of turkey to the back of the oven the whole cooking time
baste every hour
cook turkey 15 minutes for every pound of turkey
let turkey rest at least 1 hour before cutting
*reserve all drippings for gravy
